Ask for the test conditions
Record the software release, CPU and memory configuration, traffic direction, packet size, number of flows, rules, encryption and enabled services. Compare results obtained under equivalent conditions.
Check the complete data path
Confirm optical modules, cable compatibility, PCIe connectivity and the interfaces on the other end. Test the exact ordered configuration with your required software.
